Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2+ years of professional experience; or related Master's degree.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.
  • Past experience with Make and Buy Planning, manufacturing, and/or Make Planning experience.
  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of computer systems, databases, and programs.

Job Description

You will be the Manufacturing Planner for the Production, Planning and Control organization. Our team is responsible for developing and executing plans to produce high-quality products on time and within budget, optimizing production schedules, managing resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Develop and maintain detailed production schedules aligned with demand forecasts.
  • Cook up material and resource availability across suppliers and internal teams.
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate schedule changes and status updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards throughout planning activities.

Desired Skills

  • Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS).
  • SAP ERP experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with inventory control and material handling.
  • Green belt trained and/or certified.
  • Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists.
  • APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification.
  • Very good organization and communication skills.

  • Ability to work remotely: Onsite Full-time.
