Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Planner (Hardware Rep, Level 3) for the Manufacturing Planning Team. Our team is responsible for coordinating inter-departmental tooling fabrication activities and optimizing material flow through the supply chain.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Planner (Hardware Rep, Level 3) you will be responsible for supporting tooling fabrication, expediting material flow, and maintaining production system integrity. Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Manage tooling projects as they move through the fabrication shop
- Track and control dozens of tools across multiple programs, ensuring schedule adherence
- Serve as the primary liaison between programs and the shop, confirming delivery dates and providing regular status updates
- Partner with shop supervisors, frontline personnel, and the tool-planning, design, and MRP teams to resolve delivery issues
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous-improvement initiatives that reduce lead time

Desired Skills
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- Experience in manufacturing
- Experience with material requirements and Shop/Dock/Receiving/Warehouse/Shipping areas
- Inventory Control and material handling knowledge
- Greenbelt / blackbelt trained / certified
- Ability to understand engineering drawings and parts lists
- Experience with PLM tools (Windchill) and ERP/MES systems (SAP, Apriso)
