Job Description

You will be the Manufacturing Planner Associate for the Manufacturing Planning Team. Our team is responsible for production planning and material readiness.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Partner closely with Quality, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Production teams to ensure materials and schedules align to meet program demands.
  • This role is ideal for candidates looking to build foundational experience in production planning, inventory control, and supply chain coordination within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update MRP parameters (lead times, lot sizes, BOM changes) in coordination with Engineering and Change Control
  • Create and maintain reports to track material status, shortages, and schedule performance
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate system data
  • Confirm material supply and demand to support uninterrupted production flow
  • Communicate material availability risks and potential production impacts to program and operations teams
  • Avoid and resolve shortages, over-shipments, engineering changes, and traceability concerns
  • Support stock transfers and inter-site material movements as needed
  • Aid in preparing and processing DD250 documentation to support product shipments and customer acceptance, ensuring required data and approvals are complete and accurate
