Manufacturing Packaging Operator - Nights

Main Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot multiple types of packaging equipment.
• Manual responsibilities include: loading, building and making boxes, hand packaging of bottles, loading labels.
• Maintenance includes: perform routine cleaning, and minor maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Material Handling: loading/unloading packaging materials such as corrugate, containers or other raw materials.
• Documentation: accurately document records of finished goods, packaging specifications, or any visual quality checks.
• Perform changeover’s of divers packaging equipment (eg case erector, partition inserter, top sealer, …).
• Applies correct labels.
• Performs quality check consisting of visual inspection of overall product, labels and packaging integrity for defects.
• Housekeeping.
• Performs Autonomous maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Capable of lifting 55 pounds and to stand for a minimum of 12 hours.
• Able to work with multiple types of equipment simultaneously.
• High cleanliness standards for the machines and work area.
