This position is highly important to ensure the production of our microelectronic chips.

Responsibilities

• Work in a clean room environment wearing a clean room suit and gloves
• Sustain and run the manufacturing floor
• Set up and operate equipment per Standard Operating Procedures
• Work in a team environment to meet production goals
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• Language Fluency - English (both Written & Verbal)
• Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift (excluding breaks)
• Must be comfortable wearing a clean room uniform
• Must be able to comply with all GlobalFoundries pre-employment screening requirements
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds on a periodic basis throughout the shift
• Must have basic computer and email skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply

Qualifications

Pay

Hourly Rate: $23.63/hour (includes shift differential!)
Night Shift Sign-on Bonus: $5,000
Night Shift: 7:00pm to 7:00am
Day Shift Hourly Rate: $21/hour
Day Shift Sign-on Bonus: $2,500
Day Shift 7:00am to 7:00pm

Schedule

Work approximately 14 Days per Month!
Occasional overtime available!
