This role involves operating various machinery and robots, as well as assembling carbon brushes, ensuring safety and efficiency in a high-tech manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate various machinery, including tamping, grinders, drill press, slot machine, and robots
• Set up manufacturing equipment for daily use
• Maintain equipment and machinery for safe operation
• Train and oversee other employees on specialty machines
• Maintain understanding of operating procedures for assigned machines
• Propose improvements to processes or machines as needed
• Report safety hazards within the work environment
• Use measuring instruments
• Prepare parts for processing
• Maintain cleanliness of the immediate work area
• Comply with all Health and Safety procedures
• Comply with ISO policies and procedures
• Assemble carbon brushes
• Perform other projects as assigned

Requirements

• Secondary education / High school diploma or equivalent
• On-the-job training provided
