Responsibilities
- Performing daily production operations while following all applicable safety, quality and manufacturing procedures;
- Complete work in a timely manner while maintaining excellent standards;
- Operating multiple machines simultaneously;
- Daily communication with Engineering teams, planners, Sales and Management on a level necessary to allow closed-loop communication of assembly and scheduling issues;
- Inspection of purchased parts, components and equipment;
- Work effectively in a multi-team environment; communicate with sales, planning, engineering and management teams regarding assembly and scheduling issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution;
- Available to work Swing shift- Monday through Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm and overtime and weekends as needed;
- A minimum 6 months of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, customer service (retail, food service, etc.), clerical, technical, and / or mechanical;
- A good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment;
- Willing to learn and follow internal Health, Safety and Environmental policies to ensure compliance;
- Ability to operate material moving equipment and/or obtain the necessary certification;
- Ability to read and interpret routine instructions;
- Ability to read and interpret fine text;
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations;
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted;
- Ability to pass basic solder training.
Qualifications
- Valid work authorization in the country of employment.
Skills
