About the Role

This 100% onsite, 23-month contract position supports the Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. The PMTC provides precision-machined components that power Keysight’s industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Start time is between 5 am and 7 am (PST).

Responsibilities

• Support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift.
• Process parts through manual and automated operations, including visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.
• Perform high-volume parts inspection and handling, microscopic inspection, part cleaning, and sorting using specialized tools/equipment.
• Use Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel use.
• Strong manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
• Ability to read and converse in English.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Pay

$25.00/hour (W-2).
