Manufacturing Operations Excellence Manager

Position Responsibilities

• Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives within their local manufacturing plant to drive improved operational performance
• Create detailed data analytics utilizing process information and financial reports to assess manufacturing activities and identify improvement opportunities
• Provide expertise, leadership, and training on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured continuous improvement techniques to all employees within the plant
• Utilize a hands-on approach in working with the front-line team members to promote and deploy sustainable continuous improvement activities
• Provide project management leadership to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans
• Collaborate with and influence all functional areas to ensure the continuous improvement strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders

Requirements

• Four to six years of related experience or seven to nine plus years of specific experience with a bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and experience
• A master's degree is preferred

Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification is highly preferred

• $111,264-139,080 plus annual target bonus
