About the Role
Operate automated production equipment according to standard operating procedures. Perform precision soldering tasks with accuracy and work under a microscope to assemble and inspect small components.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Document production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and deadlines.
- Handle small parts effectively.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Precision soldering skills and ability to work with small parts.
- Experience in operating production machinery is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
- Experience with inspection tools such as microscopes.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay
$25.00/hour - $25.00/hour (W-2).
