Role Overview: The position involves executing paint materials activities through strategic planning and implementation to meet KPIs and satisfy customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Use and maintain testing instrumentation, analyze data, and develop planning strategies to ensure readiness for future material needs.Verify new formulated materials via testing and visual assessments, ensuring compliance with specifications.Interpret design and testing requirements, lead or support complex problem-solving to maintain quality, cost, delivery, morale, and environment standards (SQCDME).Test, evaluate, and control formulations to adhere to product and company standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong technical and leadership abilities, good visual color acuity, and understanding of design specifications.
