Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

About the role

This role involves maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line, applying industrial mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot, repair, and modify systems, and collaborating with management to improve safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Utilize your industrial mechanical knowledge in maintaining a high-speed can manufacturing line
• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all industrial mechanical systems
• Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010
• Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalency
• Technical school degree or certification in a related field is a plus
• Ability to learn the use of SPC and to utilize it as a tool for continuous improvement
• A commitment to safety
