About the role
The Maintenance of Automated Machinery
Inspecting, Repairing, and Performing Maintenance on All Manufacturing Machinery (This looks like hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, control, and conveyor belt systems.)
Reading Schematics, Blueprints, and a Voltage Meter (You need to have a solid understanding of 24v, AC/DC, 110V, Transformers, Conductors, Relays, Single and Three-Phase Motors, and 480V for this to be the right fit for you.)
Light Welding and Fabrication of Machine Parts (We use Stick or MIG, depending on the machine set-up.)
Troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (We use Allen Bradley or Siemen's products.)
Responsibilities
- Assisting with Building, Grounds, and Preventative Maintenance throughout the Facility.
Requirements
- At Least Two Years as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
- At Least Two Years of Maintenance Experience in an Industrial setting
- Work in a Dusty, Climate-Controlled, Industrial Environment
- Working experience using a CMMS Software System
