Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPerform routine and emergency maintenance on sheet metal fabrication equipment (press brakes, shears, CNC machines, etc.).Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities in the system.Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies.Assist with equipment installations and improvement projects as needed. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
