Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance team activities for timely repairs and tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems as needed.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety and food safety regulations.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate improvements or upgrades.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve issues with minimal schedule impact.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
• Train and develop maintenance staff for technical competency and safety.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and manage maintenance budget effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform LO/TO as required.

Education & Work Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent required.
• A technical degree or certification in maintenance preferred.
• 3-5 years proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in food production.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and team management.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Functional Skills: Preventive maintenance program development and execution, troubleshooting, problem-solving, inventory/budget management.
• Behavioral Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, commitment to safety, regulatory compliance, and staff development.

Other Requirements

• Onsite in milk production facility.
• Shift flexibility and emergency response required.
