Manufacturing Machine Specialist/Adjuster - Winchester
for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to decide what is a list: responsibilities can be bullet list. Requirements can be bullet list. Benefits can be bullet list. Qualifications can be bullet list. Skills maybe bullet list.
Pay and Schedule maybe prose.
Let's extract details.

Skills: maybe we could separate ability to use measuring devices etc. But it's already in Qualifications. Could create Skills section for "Ability to use measuring devices, micrometers, calipers" and "Ability to use power and non-power hand tools" etc. But those are already in Requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we don't need a separate Skills section; we can incorporate skills into Requirements and Qualifications. However the instruction says to use sections only when posting has real specific content. It doesn't require us to fill all possible sections. So we can omit Skills if not distinct.
But we have to decide: The posting includes ability to use measuring devices etc. That's a skill. Could be under Qualifications. We'll keep Qualifications.
