Manufacturing Line Advisor - Night Shift

HOLT Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Line Advisor to join our dynamic team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize manufacturing line performance
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Understanding of Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledge of Caterpillar products and services
