Manufacturing Shift Supervisor (Night Shift)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Production personnel, equipment, and materials of the Performance Products Group.
• Operate under AS-9500 quality standard and monitor processes.
• Report and investigate safety issues, implement corrective measures, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Schedule resources and prioritize workflow through the manufacturing area.
• Interact with other departments to ensure safe production and quality product shipment, meeting customer requirements.

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements

• Associates or BA/BS Degree
• Strong supervisory management skills
• A technical background related to vacuum deposition or equivalent experience in a vacuum coating area
• Production area operates in Class 10 cleanroom, requiring clean room gown, hood, booties, gloves, and safety glasses
• Essential for effective communication and interaction with co-workers, technicians, other departments, and customers

Pay Range
