Manufacturing Learning and Development Specialist

About the role

ATI is seeking a Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our Forged Products team at our facility in Cudahy, WI. The L&D Specialist will support ATI’s commitment to employee learning and growth, including high-impact programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of ATI’s Leadership Development Programs
• Deliver training sessions across various processes and levels, using a variety of methods and tools
• Design, develop, and maintain training materials
• Act as Administrator for ATI’s Learning Management System (LMS)
• Coordinate logistics for training events
• Support other programs and initiatives to enable ATI’s learning & development strategy

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business or education with at least two years’ of instructional design experience

Skills

• Professional teaching experience in a classroom or structured educational setting
• Hands-on experience in digital learning and development
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Instructional Systems Design knowledge
• Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills
• Project management skills
• Organizational and process orientation
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel

Pay

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This role may require some travel to ATI’s business unit locations to support training programs.
