About the role
The Manufacturing Lead is responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and managing team performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations in manufacturing facilities
- Ensure adherence to quality control procedures
- Manage and mentor a team of production workers
- Collaborate with engineering and quality departments to improve processes
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing leadership
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and process improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP systems
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles

Pay
