The primary responsibilities of the Manufacturing Lead are to produce and package medical cannabis products in preparation for testing and distribution. The Manufacturing Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company’s regulated medical cannabis products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner and available to qualified patients in Florida when needed. The person in this role needs to have strong attention to small details, follow direction and understand production goals, maintain consistency across large volumes of products, and be an adaptable team player. Fill cannabis oils and formulations into various productsPackage and label all cannabis and non-cannabis items, including weighing and packing of flower products, packaging of edibles and concentratesOperate, clean, and maintain filling machines and other equipmentComplete production orders with consistency and quality while maintaining reasonable speedKeep accurate records at all steps in process to maintain quality and control of regulated productAwareness and adherence to GMP regulations and company SOPsBe aware of quality and compliance standards each product typeMaintain proper PPE and hygiene for work in a clean room environment Note: The statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to the job.
