Manufacturing Industrial Painter
Primary Responsibilities And Duties
- Paint and surface prepare forms and components
- Apply acrylic enamel coatings using painting system
- Ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and adherence to company standards
- Move products safely in and out of the paint booth using forklifts, rail and material-handling equipment
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Production leads to ensure prompt order fulfillment
- Cross-train in other areas of Operations as needed
- Support additional manufacturing and assembly duties as required

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Organized, thorough, and proactive in improving processes
- Committed to safety — never cutting corners and reporting unsafe conditions immediately
- Willingness to learn and cross-train across departments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous manufacturing, painting, assembly, or forklift experience is a plus (but not required)
