Manufacturing Finance - Senior Finance Manager - M5 - (Onsite)

About the role

The Manufacturing Finance Organization at RTX has an immediate need for a Senior Finance Manager. The role is based at the Andover Factory, focusing on the Sensors Subsystems and Final Integration Product Center.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of operations analysis while infusing expertise and best practices into the organization.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Prepare data for, analyze, and help drive cost commitments with the factory.

Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
• Experience presenting/conveying business acumen to stakeholders without financial backgrounds or expertise.
• Experience within SAP (PRISM, Business Warehouse or similar programs), and Microsoft Office.

• Salary range: $132,400 - $251,600 USD.
