Job Responsibilities
- Read and interpret production drawings
- Perform inspections to ensure dimensions and
- Sand, trim, and remove imperfections from fiberglass
- Perform minor repairs and apply resins or fillers as needed
- Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools safely and effectively
- Measure and inspect work using jigs, templates, or other measuring devices
- Absorb large pieces and stage them as necessary
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Support lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives
