Manufacturing Equipment Operator - B Shift

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Operator at Unither Manufacturing LLC., a subsidiary of a French pharmaceutical group. The role involves setting up, cleaning, operating, and maintaining equipment to manufacture pharmaceutical batches according to cGMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepares for production by reviewing schedules, SOPs, and procedure changes.
• Ensures availability of supplies, materials, and documents for production.
• Operates and monitors production equipment, documenting critical process parameters.
• Performs equipment qualification and validation protocols.
• Supports production projects and process improvements.
• Maintains accurate documentation and ensures quality of products and processes.
• Communicates equipment and quality concerns to incoming shifts.
• Performs integrity testing of sterilizing grade filters.
• Executes integrity testing of sterilizing grade air and product filters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical production.
• High School Diploma/GED with a preference for an AAS or BS degree.
• Prior experience in high-speed manufacturing environments.
• Aseptic and clean room experience is preferred.
• Experience in compounding and/or batch processing is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Basic mechanical and manufacturing processes knowledge.

Skills

• Basic math skills (multiplication, division, percentages).
• Knowledge of computer applications and current software.
• Ability to sample pH readings and perform titrations.
• Attention to detail.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $19.00 to $21.09 per hour.
