Manufacturing Operator (Various Shifts)
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. We have content: About Pioneer Circuits (company overview) maybe not needed? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we can also use other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely we should map content to those headings where appropriate. The posting includes: About Pioneer Circuits (company description) maybe not needed but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About the Opportunity" is like role description. We could treat "About the Opportunity" as "About the role". Then responsibilities: "What You'll Do". Requirements/Qualifications: "What You'll Bring". Benefits: described. Schedule: described. Pay: not specific (just says compensation based on factors). According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay: they say "The actual compensation offered is based on a wide array of factors..." Not a specific number or range. That's vague; we should not create Pay section because it's not specific. Schedule: they give specific shifts, so we can include Schedule section. Benefits: they describe comprehensive benefits package, so include Benefits section.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, ITAR, etc. Remove those lines. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines. Also remove "Job Type: Full-time, On-Site Only" maybe not needed as heading but could be part of schedule? It's not a heading; we can include as a short paragraph maybe under Schedule? But better to drop if not needed. The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can drop Job Type line or fold into a short p. We need to preserve all substantive information: company description, opportunity description, responsibilities, requirements, benefits, schedule. Also mention ITAR? That's a requirement (US citizen or lawful permanent resident). That's substantive; we should keep it under Requirements/Qualifications. Also mention E-Verify. That's also a requirement. So include. We must not include EEO statement. Remove that. Now structure:
About the role
maybe combine About Pioneer Circuits and About the Opportunity? Could be two paragraphs. Better:About the role
About Pioneer Circuits...
About the Opportunity...
ThenResponsibilities
- ... each bullet from What You'll Do
Requirements
- ... each bullet from What You'll Bring plus ITAR, E-Verify, etc.
Benefits
- ... benefits
Schedule
- ... shift details
headings. Use - for lists. Use
for prose.
We need to ensure we don't have empty sections.
