Manufacturing Operator (3rd shift)

Main Responsibilities

• Working in SAP and other Systems to manage materials and work processes.
• Leading 3 or more team members in receiving activities.
• Receiving Materials
• Shipping Materials
• Confirming paperwork and certifications
• Prioritizing freight incoming
• Responsible for Put-aways, Picks, Labeling
• Loading & Unloading Trucks
• Cycle Counting
• Ensuring Warehouse organization and security
• Working with Warehouse Manager in monitoring inventory levels necessary for the schedule.
• Working with Quality to expedite received material review process, and NCs that may arise during receipt.
• Training new employees on the equipment and procedures.
• Managing outbound material staging and processes

Skills And Qualification

• A High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Experience working in highly regulated industry such as Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, etc.
• Experience managing a team.
• Able to quickly adapt to new direction or new responsibilities as needed.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA guidelines for safe practices.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Able to lift 45lb boxes and work in refrigerators for short periods of time.
• Able to schedule trucks for unloading in a timely manner to prevent truck traffic.
• Able to manage drivers for incoming loads and dock organization.
• Able to service internal and external customers.
• Able to adhere to procedure and create repeatable, teachable processes.
