Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician

About the role
The Maintenance Technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment in a PCB Manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform projects that require mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
- Relocate equipment and services for manufacturing equipment.
- Repair, replace walls, and other related items for incoming new equipment.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Support process engineering on improvement projects.
- Install "new" equipment for increased capacity or replacement.
- Support facility cost reduction, security, and improvement projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in a production facility (preferably Printed Circuit Board shop background).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems for installations and repairs.
- Knowledge of electronics and PLC controls.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
- Prior work experience with manufacturing equipment in chemical process systems, CNC mechanical systems, and general facility utilities such as compressors, chillers, and boilers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry products and/or equipment of up to 50 lbs.
- Good writing, reading, and verbal communication skills.
- This is an ITAR facility; applicants must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
Pay
Annual salary range: $43,680.00 – $56,243.20. Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills.
