Nature of Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform projects that require mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills.
- Relocate equipment and services for manufacturing equipment.
- Repair, replace walls and other related items for incoming new equipment.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Support process engineering on improvement projects. Install "new" equipment for increased capacity or replacement.
- Support facility cost reduction / security / improvement projects.
Education and Experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in a production facility (prefer Printed Circuit Board shop background).
- Must have strong knowledge of electrical systems for installations and repairs.
- Knowledge of electronics and PLC controls.
- Must be able to read blueprints and schematics.
- Prior work experience with manufacturing equipment in the field of chemical process systems, CNC mechanical systems and general facility utilities such as compressors, chillers and boilers.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced production environment.
- Able to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry products and/or equipment of up to 50 lbs.
- Must have good writing, reading and verbal communication skills.
Pay
Salary Range(annual): $43,680.00 - $54,080.00
Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
