Key Responsibilities
- Lead and prioritize Manufacturing Engineering activities and resources
- Drive productivity, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support new product introductions and manufacturing transitions
- Create and maintain routers, work instructions, and manufacturing process documentation
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using FMEA, A3, Fishbone, and RCCA methodologies
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineering team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- 8+ years of aerospace manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Strong GD&T and SolidWorks expertise
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings, electrical schematics, and process procedures
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO standards, ITAR, and DFAR requirements
- Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
