Qualifications
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. 8-10+ years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience. 3-5+ years of engineering leadership or supervisory experience. Demonstrated success leading manufacturing improvement initiatives and capital projects. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, automation, and production systems. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Preferred Requirements: Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility. Experience in sheet metal fabrication, copper fabrication, or complex manufacturing environments. Multi-site manufacturing experience. APQP, PPAP, and NPI leadership experience. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing analytics. Experience developing cellular manufacturing strategies and value stream transformations.
