Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that production is cost-effective and timely.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with the company's business goals.
- Lead the engineering team in the design and development of manufacturing processes, focusing on airfoil design and manufacturing.
- Implement and manage quality assurance programs to ensure that production meets all standards and regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as supply chain and product development, to optimize operations.
- Ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
- Profound knowledge of airfoil design and manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance and process improvement methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments.
- Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
- Certification in Project Management or Lean Manufacturing would be an added advantage.

$125,000 - $150,000 per year
