About the role

Support engineering projects and perform routine tasks to enhance manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement best practices in manufacturing
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Reduce manufacturing costs
• Optimize material flow
• Establish cycle times
• Prepare and deliver a presentation on your experience to management

Requirements

• Basic understanding of CAD, engineering change processes, and GD&T (preferred)
• 2-year technical degree or actively pursuing a 4-year engineering degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
