Manufacturing Engineering Intern

Responsibilities
- Line Balancing
- Time Studies
- Value Stream Mapping
- Routing Development
- Gauge/Fixture Design
- Material Flow Analysis
- CNC Programming (ESPRIT preferred)
- Learn SPC practices and perform capability studies
- Learn LEAN Principles and participate in lean events and teams
- Promote good safety practices and ensure a safe work environment for all employees and visitors
- Analyze and solve issues with a detail-oriented, professional attitude
- Meet specific deadlines
- Interface with all departments and levels of management
- Assist with other duties as needed and directed
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in and pursuing a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or Mechanical Engineering
- Time Study experience
- Microsoft Excel experience
