- Make recommendations and implement them based on RCA findings
- Review maintenance activities to reduce unplanned downtime
- Update maintenance programs based on recent trends and investigations
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and potential issues
- Trend MTBF and MTTR metrics to identify bad actors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve equipment design and operational procedures
- Create documentation like CRs, FSIs, etc. to implement changes
- Lead initiatives to reduce costs, improve uptime, and enhance safety
- Work with Project Engineering and Division to introduce new pieces of equipment
- Assess risks associated with equipment failure and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Work with Engineering techs to train maintenance and on reliability best practices
- Promote a culture of reliability across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- 2-4 years of experience in a regulated environment preferred
Qualifications
- Must meet compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures
Skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficiency in reliability engineering principles and practices
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting

Pay
The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
