Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to optimize production processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement manufacturing best practices
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing and process engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in project management or engineering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills

Pay
The salary range for this position is $76,000 – $95,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant considerations.
