Manufacturing Engineer - HOLT Manufacturing

About the role

HOLT Manufacturing seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, improving product quality, and enhancing efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new products
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for production issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
