  • Take ownership of projects from programming through production release.
  • Enjoy a hands-on role where your ideas and improvements have an immediate impact.
  • Opportunity to grow your technical and manufacturing expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Determine manufacturing methods, routing sequences, fixturing, raw materials, inspection methods, and outside processing requirements.
  • Provide detailed quotes and manufacturing estimates for precision-machined components.
  • Input and maintain routing information and labor standards within company systems.
  • Develop CNC programs and support program modifications for continuous improvement.
  • Utilize GD&T principles and interpret technical drawings.
  • Create setup sheets, operation sheets, and manufacturing documentation.
  • Develop fixtures and tooling concepts to improve manufacturing performance.
  • Support process improvements focused on quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
  • Balance multiple projects and changing customer priorities.

Requirements
