Manufacturing Engineer – CNC / CAM Allentown, PA | Up to $115,000 salary or more depending on experience Full-Time | 100% OnsiteAbout the OpportunityWe’re partnering with an established industrial manufacturing company seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with strong experience in CNC machining, CAM programming, process improvement, and manufacturing documentation.What You’ll DoImprove and standardize manufacturing processes.Create and maintain CAM programs for CNC machines.Support CNC setup, prove-out, troubleshooting, and process optimization.Improve tooling, fixtures, machining methods, cycle times, and quality.Create work instructions, process sheets, setup instructions, and SOPs.Work directly with machinists and production teams on the shop floor.Support RTM and composite manufacturing processes.Troubleshoot defects, process variation, and manufacturing issues.Lead Lean, root cause, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects.Support new tooling, equipment, products, and manufacturing methods.What They’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.Strong experience with CNC machining and CAM programming.Knowledge of tooling, fixturing, machining, tolerances, and GD&T.Experience with CAD/CAM software.Experience creating manufacturing processes and work instructions.Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Why Consider ItHands-on engineering role with direct impact on production.Work with both CNC machining and composite manufacturing.Opportunity to improve and modernize manufacturing processes.up to $115,000 salary or more depending on experience 401(k) match, health, dental, vision, PTO, and additional benefits MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
