Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and implement manufacturing processes to meet product specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize production methods.
• Conduct process evaluations and make recommendations for improvements.
• Train and mentor new employees on manufacturing procedures and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control techniques.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficient in using CAD software and other manufacturing tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
