Manufacturing Engineer focused on quality within a high-precision, NADCAP-certified manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Conduct process and product audits
- Perform first-piece inspections
- Address supplier and customer quality issues
- Develop and update PFMEAs and Control Plans
- Investigate nonconformance reports and coordinate corrective actions
- Participate in cross-functional teams for safety, quality, and cost improvements
- Analyze quality data and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years in quality or manufacturing
- Proficiency in measuring tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP standards is a plus
- High computer proficiency
Additional Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks on-site
- Ability to interpret blueprints
- Ability to work collaboratively
