Responsibilities
- Drive production performance by ensuring efficient operations, meeting output goals, and maintaining high quality standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methods (e.g., DMAIC, PDCA, A3).
- Partner with design engineering to ensure products are optimized for manufacturability (DFM/DFA) and support new product launches.
- Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, routings, and material flow to maximize throughput and resource utilization.
- Manage capital and process improvement projects, leading cross-functional teams to successful execution.
- Support root cause analysis and resolution of production and field quality issues, including PFMEA development and maintenance.
- Implement manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment for new and existing products.
- Mentor manufacturing technicians and production staff.
