Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for both new and existing products.
• Design and implement fixtures and tooling to improve accuracy and productivity.
• Conduct process validation and implement quality control measures.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in CNC machining and understanding of secondary processes.
• Experience with CAD software and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards.
