Manufacturing Engineer
What's the Job?
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes that meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
Support ceramic core and injection molding manufacturing operations while troubleshooting process-related issues.
Perform root cause analysis on production defects and implement corrective actions.
Monitor yield, throughput, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) metrics to improve operational performance.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Production, Training, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience with an engineering degree OR 10 years of manufacturing experience without a degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in injection molding, high-pressure molding, wax injection, or ceramic manufacturing.
- Experience developing work instructions, training materials, and process documentation.
- Strong root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement experience.

Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident (Green Card) status required due to ECC/ITAR regulations.
