What's the Job?
Improve manufacturing processes, quality, and productivity. Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Support new product launches and process development. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Partner with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering experience in a production environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and root cause analysis
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Project management experience is a plus
