Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Drives annual material and labor savings initiatives across the facility
• Connects Production and New Product Development to advance continuous improvement efforts
• Evaluates and confirms design updates in Creo and SolidWorks before handoff to New Product Development
• Spearheads production design optimization and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Designs and deploys poka-yoke systems to enhance product quality
• Led automation and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4 years of related experience
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel, Project, Outlook and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Work Environment

• Primarily in a Manufacturing facility with split focus between an office environment and the production floor
• Periodic work outside core business hours may be required during key business projects and less than 10% travel
