Key Responsibilities
- Drives annual material and labor savings initiatives across the facility
- Connects Production and New Product Development to advance continuous improvement efforts
- Evaluates and confirms design updates in Creo and SolidWorks before handoff to New Product Development
- Spearheads production design optimization and lean manufacturing initiatives
- Designs and deploys poka-yoke systems to enhance product quality
- Led automation and process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and scalability
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years of related experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel, Project, Outlook and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Work Environment
- Primarily in a Manufacturing facility with split focus between an office environment and the production floor
- Periodic work outside core business hours may be required during key business projects and less than 10% travel
