Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting production issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to improve safety, quality, and delivery
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and support data-driven decision-making
• Develop, maintain, and improve manufacturing documentation including work instructions, process flows, and fixture drawings
• Lead capital equipment projects to specify, source, qualify, and implement new equipment and technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and achieve organizational objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in engineering
• Zero (0) years of applicable experience
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• ABET-accredited engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing is preferred
• Internship or Co-op experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Experience with Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
• Data analysis capabilities using tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Minitab

Pay

The salary range for this role is $70,000–74,000 annually.
