Responsibilities
- Assist experienced engineers in planning and executing manufacturing processes in a Cell.
- Communicate with a variety of teams, including engineering, production, marketing, purchasing, etc., and serve as a communication liaison with the Cell Manager.
- Identify and address quality issues, determine corrective and preventative actions, and practice using pFMEA’s, flow diagrams, capability studies, and similar documentation.
- Improve quality problems on assembly line or machine, analyze current production efficiency, and select and implement the proper machines, tooling, fixturing, etc., to maximize productivity and quality.
- Perform capital equipment justification as needed, research new technological ideas, and provide general production support for machining and/or assembly areas.
- Evaluate improvements for machining or assembly and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 0 – 1 years manufacturing experience or demonstrated qualification in a technical field.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $58,100.00 - $101,800.00 per year, exclusive of fringe benefits or other compensation.
