About the Role
Engineering role associated with the manufacturing process. Accountable for the quality of own work under direct operations supervision and prescribed work instructions. Executes within a well-defined operations framework, following a step-by-step sequence of standard operational tasks to achieve results. This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Define and control production process including tooling and equipment.
- Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.
- Develop conceptual knowledge of professional discipline, including support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad areas.
- Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience and understand how the work of the team contributes to the area.
- Resolve issues using established procedures; consult supervisors or senior team members for issues outside defined instructions or parameters.
- Collaborate with others to solve issues; for customer-facing roles, develop strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE Vernova.
- Supervise and oversee daily manufacturing line operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are met.
- Provide guidance and direction to production operators and technicians on the shop floor.
- Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency and continuity of operations.
- Ensure adherence to standard work instructions, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Support team development by coaching, training, and evaluating manufacturing personnel performance.
Requirements
- Engineering bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with at least 3 years of experience.

Pay
For candidates applying to a U.S.-based position, the pay range is between $68,500.00 and $102,800.00. The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility includes a discretionary annual bonus.
