Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety, quality, delivery, and cost
- Lead and manage small to moderate scope capital projects
- Establish and maintain layouts, labor standards, methods and sequence of events for assembly operations
- Analyze, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies
- Provide support and troubleshooting for current assembly operations
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience with manufacturing processes, quality, tooling, preventative maintenance, and facilities
- Experience with engineering tools and manufacturing execution systems
- Experience leading and implementing projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills with operators, peers, and leadership
- Self-motivated and able to execute with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in engineering/technology discipline or equivalent related work experience (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical engineering preferred)
- Strong personal accountability, follow-through, and ability to foster a positive, engaged team environment
- Identify and implement cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas for Articulated Dump Truck assembly operations
Pay
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $43.91- $45.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law.
